Mr. Mukherjee established Universal Success Enterprises (USE) and ventured into energy trading, his first initiative as an entrepreneur. Over the years, USE has developed world-class infrastructure in the areas of townships, industrial parks, and logistics within India, using state-of-the-art technology, design and architecture and keeping in view the need for protecting the environment and the needs of the communities where the USE Group operates. He was instrumental in bringing the first Foreign Direct Investment into real estate in India, when, in 2004, USE invested in developing a 400-acre township in West Bengal.

Besides townships, Mr. Mukherjee has also invested in industrial and logistics parks as well as eco-tourism and renewable energy projects across West Bengal. His company jointly owns the largest coal mine in the world in Indonesia and is also one of the largest privately held crude oil traders across Asia.

In 2000, Mr. Mukherjee brought the world-renowned Outback Steakhouse® chain of restaurants to Southeast Asia. He has also been the President of the India Club in Jakarta – the largest association for Indians in Indonesia.

With more than 25 years of entrepreneurial experience and leadership, Mr. Mukherjee’s vision is to re-establish SICCI as the optimal channel for all investment opportunities and growth ventures between Singapore and South Asia, with a particular focus on India.

Holding a double Masters, Ms Chew is well versed in enterprise promotion, industry development and partnership building, having been involved in various aspects of capability development, support for local enterprises, enabling a viable enterprise eco-system and entrepreneurship for 29 years. She has also served as Secretariat to the Action Community for Entrepreneurship since its inception on 23 May 2003, and was responsible for working with the Minister in-Charge of Entrepreneurship and private sector members to foster entrepreneurship and support start-ups in Singapore. Ms Chew also has two years of private sector experience in a plastic manufacturing company before joining NPB.

In her current role, Ms Chew works with partners like the trade association and business chambers to raise the capabilities of SMEs in innovation, productivity and improve market access through online platforms.

He has 28+ years of work experience and is currently managing approximately S$300 million dollar plus listed company in Singapore called SEVAK Limited which operates in the areas of Telecom, Information Technology/System Integration and Electric Vehicles. Maneesh has also worked with MNCs like IBM Asia Pacific and Philips and Olivetti. He was also the Asia Pacific Business head (and then COO of IBM – ISS) with IBM Global Services for nearly 10 years working out of Singapore.

Maneesh was recently elected as Vice Chairman of Singapore Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) in 2020, and is appointed as the Chairman of Committees leading “Incubation and Startups” and “Bilateral and Multilateral Trade relations” for Singapore via SICCI.

He is an active member of various organizations and is in the Executive Committee of SGTech, a member of Singapore Institute of Directors (SID), Singapore Computer Society (SCS), Singapore Venture Capital & Private Equity Association (SVCA), Singapore Business Federation (SBF), Singapore Manufacturing Federation (SMF) and an advisor at FundedHere the first Crowd Funding platform in Singapore. He is also a Hon Governing Board member of Global Schools Foundation at Singapore.

Maneesh Tripathi is an Engineering Graduate by qualification with a Degree in Electronics and Telecom and has a PGCGM/Management graduate from (IIM) India Institute of Management, Calcutta, India. Maneesh Tripathi is an ardent State level cricket player from India and also has a Certificate in Film Production & Planning from Singapore Media Academy.

In recent years, the company has successfully diversified into other core industries namely in Petrochemicals and Fuel Bunkering resulting in the establishment of I & C International. I & C International provides trading and brokering services to ship operators worldwide.

Mr Hanif has long been spearheading and led a strong supporting role toward corporate social responsibility and sustainable agriculture in Africa with their partnerships with the local farmers. In addition locally, Nomanbhoy & Sons Pte Ltd has been a strong supporter of the Singapore Zoo’s wildlife adoption programme for the past years and in recent times, partnering with the National Park of Singapore for a Spice Heritage Trail and Educational Programme.

Mr Hanif was appointed as the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Seychelles in 2019.
