On Wednesday, 23 June, SICCI signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Global Organization for People of Indian Origin (GOPIO). This event was attended by President GOPIO, Mr Harikrishnan Muthusamy, Secretary GOPIO, Mr Chandramohan Marutham, Chairman SICCI, Dr T Chandroo, Vice Chairman SICCI, Mr Maneesh Tripathi, Vice Chairman SICCI, Mr Kishore Daryanani, SICCI Honourary Treasurer, Mr George Abraham, Director SICCI, Mr Tushar Dhoshi and Director SICCI, Mr Yahiya Khan.
Like SICCI, GOPIO plays an important role in developing and supporting Indian entrepreneurs in Singapore by helping them access wider networks. This MoU that we have signed, represents the commitment of SICCI and GOPIO to the common goals of nurturing entrepreneurs and helping the entrepreneurial ecosystem in our respective countries to thrive. We hope to build a strong Singapore-India bilateral integration by partnering with GOPIO.
